Who we are
Nouri Narie operates www.nourinarie.com and offers products directly through the site. By placing an order you agree to these terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Products
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Product descriptions are intended to describe cosmetic products and use; they are not medical advice.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you receive an email with your order number (format NN-XXXXXX). Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any amount paid to the original payment method.
Email updates
Any optional email updates are sent only after you give separate marketing consent and confirm your email address through the link we send. Each message includes an unsubscribe link. Order and service messages, such as receipts or requested account links, are separate from marketing updates.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates are approximate business days and vary by destination and customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees not collected at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for current rates and timelines.
Returns and refunds
Orders may be cancelled until fulfilment or shipping begins. Unused, unopened, sealed products in original packaging where reasonably applicable may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Opened skincare is final sale for hygiene and safety reasons, subject to defective, damaged, incorrect-product, and mandatory statutory rights. See our Shipping & Returns page and Refund & Cancellation Policy for the current process. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Product use
Patch test before first use if your skin reacts easily. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. If you have a skin condition requiring diagnosis or treatment, consult a dermatologist.
Intellectual property
Site content, photographs, videos, fonts, logos, and copy may be owned by Nouri Narie or licensed from others.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
