How do I start a return?
Open your account, enter the email address used for the order, and follow the password-free sign-in link. Choose the order and items you want to return, then submit the request. We review it and email you with the next steps; you can follow its status on the same page.
You can also email hello@nourinarie.com with the order number from your confirmation email — it starts with NN- — to ask for help with a return.
When will I see the refund?
After an approved return is received and reviewed, we email you when the refund has been issued to the original payment method. Your bank's processing time may vary.
I opened it and it didn't agree with my skin.
Tell us what happened when you submit the request. Opened products are reviewed case by case and may not qualify for a refund.
It arrived damaged.
