How do I start a return?
Open your account, enter the email address used for the order, and follow the password-free sign-in link. Choose the eligible items and submit the request within 30 days after delivery. We review it and email you with the next steps; you can follow its status on the same page.
You can also email hello@nourinarie.com with the order number from your confirmation email — it starts with NN- — to ask for help with a return.
When will I see the refund?
We process an approved ordinary refund within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
Who pays return shipping?
You pay return shipping for a voluntary change-of-mind return. Nouri Narie pays reasonable return or replacement shipping when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the issue was our error.
